1. Who we are
RealtorAI is a Google Workspace Add-on. Questions: support@realtorai.app.
2. What data we access
- Gmail (read-only, current message): The currently-open email is read to extract lead details and draft a reply. No email is stored on our servers.
- Gmail Compose: We create reply drafts in your Drafts folder. We never send email automatically.
- Google Drive: We create a "New Listings" folder and Deal Tracker sheet in your Drive on first run. We read files you place in the Listings folder to generate listing copy. File content is not stored on our servers.
- Google Sheets & Docs: We create and read the Deal Tracker spreadsheet and listing content Docs in your own Drive.
- Google Account (email, sub): Used to identify you and validate your subscription.
3. What we store
We store in Google Cloud Firestore: your Google user ID, subscription status, plan, and anonymized monthly AI usage cost. We do not store email content, Drive files, or spreadsheet data.
4. Third-party services
- Stripe: Payment processing. Your card data goes directly to Stripe.
- Google Gemini API: AI text generation. Email/file content is sent to Gemini only while generating your requested draft; Google's Cloud API data processing terms apply.
5. Data retention & deletion
Subscription and usage records are retained for 24 months, then deleted. Email, Drive, and Sheets data is never retained on our servers. To delete your account data, email support@realtorai.app; we will remove your Firestore documents within 30 days.
6. Security
The Gemini API key is stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager and never sent to your browser or the add-on script. All data in transit uses TLS 1.2+. Firestore Security Rules restrict each user to their own documents.
