1. Acceptance
By installing or using RealtorAI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the add-on and cancel your subscription.
2. The service
RealtorAI is a Google Workspace Add-on that uses AI to help real estate agents draft email replies, generate listing copy, and manage transactions. All AI output is placed in Drafts for your review. You are responsible for the content you send.
3. Billing
- $30/month billed via Stripe. Cancel anytime in the add-on.
- AI boost top-ups ($10 each, up to 4/month) are non-refundable.
- Access continues through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use RealtorAI to generate spam, phishing content, or content that violates fair-housing laws or your professional code of ethics.
5. AI disclaimers
- AI drafts may contain factual errors. Review all content before sending.
- The Deal Tracker is a client-communication tool — not a legal system of record. It does not replace Dotloop, SkySlope, or broker-mandated compliance software.
- AI output is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALTORAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
